Contact support

Support email: [email protected]. The fastest way is “Write to the developer” at the bottom of the app's home screen: the email will already include the version, language and level.

Move your progress

Settings → “Backup” → “Save”: you can keep the file in Files or iCloud Drive. On the new phone, choose “Restore”.

Plus subscription

You can cancel or change your subscription in iPhone Settings: your name → Subscriptions → 2000 Phrases. If you reinstalled the app or changed phones, tap “Restore purchases” on the Plus screen.

Privacy

The app needs no account and collects no personal data. Details are in our privacy policy.
